1. Ticket Purchase and Payment

1.1 Authorized Sales
Tickets for African Cultural Fashion Heritage events must be purchased through authorized ticketing platforms, official event partners, or directly from African Cultural Fashion Heritage. ACFH is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party vendors.

1.2 Payment Requirement
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Tickets will only be issued after successful processing of payment through the approved payment system.

1.3 Pricing and Availability
Ticket prices, seating arrangements, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. ACFH reserves the right to modify ticket pricing, ticket tiers, and access categories based on availability or operational needs.

1.4 Taxes and Fees
All applicable taxes, service fees, and processing charges may be added to the ticket price where applicable. Purchasers are responsible for any additional fees associated with their payment method or ticketing platform.

1.5 Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and location indicated on the ticket. Tickets cannot be transferred to other events or dates unless expressly authorized by ACFH.


2. Ticket Sales Policy

2.1 Final Sale Policy
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted except as outlined in these Terms.

2.2 Personal Use Only
Tickets are sold solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any use of tickets for advertising, promotional activities, contests, sweepstakes, or other commercial purposes without prior written consent from ACFH is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Resale Restrictions
Unauthorized resale, duplication, or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets resold through unauthorized channels may be invalidated without refund.

2.4 Lost or Stolen Tickets
ACFH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Replacement tickets may be issued at the sole discretion of ACFH upon verification of purchase.

2.5 Fraud Prevention
ACFH reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase suspected of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or misuse of the ticketing system.


3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 No Refund Policy
All transactions are final. There will be no refunds, reimbursements, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, travel delays, illness, or inability to attend the event.

3.2 Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date and time. Ticket holders will not be entitled to refunds due to schedule changes.

3.3 Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that an event is canceled by African Cultural Fashion Heritage and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund of the ticket purchase price. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible and according to the policies of the ticketing provider.

3.4 Notification of Changes
Ticket holders will be notified of any event cancellations, postponements, or significant changes via the email address provided at the time of ticket purchase.

3.5 Force Majeure
ACFH shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue closures, labor disputes, or acts of God.


4. Event Attendance and Conduct

4.1 Compliance with Venue Policies
All attendees must comply with the rules, policies, and regulations established by the event venue and event organizers.

4.2 Right to Refuse Entry
African Cultural Fashion Heritage reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or in violation of event rules.

4.3 Prohibited Items
Illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, and any items deemed unsafe by venue management or event security are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Security and Safety Measures
Attendees may be subject to security screenings, bag checks, or other safety measures upon entry to the event venue.

4.5 Dress Code
ACFH events may maintain a dress code appropriate to the cultural and fashion-focused nature of the event. Attendees may be denied entry if attire is deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with event standards.


5. Photography, Video, and Media Release

By attending any African Cultural Fashion Heritage event, attendees acknowledge and agree that photography, video recording, and live media coverage may occur during the event.

Attendees grant African Cultural Fashion Heritage and its authorized partners the irrevocable right to capture, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display photographs, video recordings, or other media containing their likeness for promotional, marketing, educational, or commercial purposes worldwide without compensation.


6. Limitation of Liability

African Cultural Fashion Heritage shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or inconvenience experienced by attendees during the event, except where required by applicable law. Attendance at the event is at the attendee’s own risk.

ACFH shall not be responsible for travel expenses, accommodations, or other costs incurred by attendees in connection with attending the event.


7. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using a ticket to any African Cultural Fashion Heritage event, the purchaser and ticket holder acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Ticket Sales & Payment Terms and Conditions.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in ticket cancellation, denial of entry, or removal from the event without refund.
